Data Deletion Instructions
You can request that LookMuse delete your account and all data associated with it - including your account information, uploaded photos, AI-generated hairstyle images, favorites, and saved uploads - at any time.
How to request deletion
Email privacy@lookmuse.ai from the email address associated with your LookMuse account, with the subject line "Delete my account." If you signed up using Google or Facebook, please mention that in your email so we can locate your account.
We'll verify the request and delete your account and all associated data within 30 days. We'll confirm by email once it's done.
Signed in with Facebook?
Removing LookMuse from your Facebook app settings stops LookMuse from accessing your Facebook data going forward, but it does not automatically delete your LookMuse account - please also send the email above to have your account and data deleted.
